Thank you for choosing QBER products. To protect the rights of both parties, please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy is established in accordance with the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act and applies to all products sold through the official QBER website.
Only products purchased directly from the QBER official website are eligible for return or exchange within the 7-day appreciation period.
Please submit your request within 7 days starting from the day after the product is received through one of the following methods:

The 7-day appreciation period is a cooling-off period, not a trial period. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, tried on, damaged, is missing parts, or cannot be resold.
Returned products must be in brand new condition, with complete packaging, including the product itself, accessories, gifts, manuals, and original outer/inner packaging. Incomplete returns may affect your eligibility for refund or exchange.
Personal hygiene products (e.g., patches, pillowcases, underwear, undergarments) cannot be returned once opened or tried on, due to hygiene considerations, except in the case of defective items.
Items classified as consumables or personal use items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
If your return or exchange is due to product defects or shipping errors, please contact us within the 7-day period with your delivery address and contact information. We will arrange for pickup via HCT Logistics at no cost to you.
After submitting your return request within the appreciation period, the returned item must be received by us within 15 days. Failure to return the item will result in the request being canceled.
Gifts included in the order (unless defective) cannot be returned or exchanged.
For returns requested after the 7-day appreciation period but within 120 days, the customer must bear the return shipping cost. Please send returns to:

Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to improper use or missing essential parts.
Only defective products or incorrect shipments are eligible for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
QBER will cover the shipping cost for exchanges due to product defects or shipment errors. Please provide the correct recipient name, address, and contact number.
Exchange requests for product combinations or random options will not be accepted for specific style preferences.
Exchanges are not accepted if the product has been opened or cannot be restored to its original condition.
Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, failure to collect or unjustified rejection of the package will be deemed an abandoned order. Such cases do not qualify as valid returns under the 7-day appreciation period in the Consumer Protection Act.
Abandoned orders cause actual logistics and payment processing losses to the company, including but not limited to:
One-way or round-trip shipping costs (for returned deliveries)
Refund or transaction fees charged by credit card or third-party platforms
QBER reserves the right to deduct these costs from the refund, based on actual expenses. A breakdown of costs can be provided upon request and is disclosed in this policy.
Customers with two or more abandoned order records may be subject to the following restrictions:
Order placement restrictions or account suspension
Rejection of future orders
Cancellation of pending orders without shipment
If you find any issues with the product after receipt (e.g., defects or incorrect items), please contact customer service via the proper return process. Do not cancel by refusing or failing to collect the package, as this may affect your customer rights.
If a return is completed within the valid 7-day appreciation period, any shopping credit used will be returned to your member account.
If the return is ineligible under the appreciation period or submitted late, or not due to product issues, used shopping credit will not be refunded.
If promotional shopping credits were used and the corresponding order is returned, the credit may be adjusted or canceled depending on the situation.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and verified as eligible:
Credit Card Payment: The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Actual posting time may vary depending on the issuing bank.
ATM Transfer / Convenience Store Payment: Please provide your bank account name, number, and branch code. Funds will be transferred back within 7 business days.
For partial returns, only the amount paid for the returned items will be refunded. Refund details will be sent via email.
Refunds do not include:
Used or expired shopping credits
The value of gifts or promotional items not returned
