1. Order Modification

If you discover any errors in your order—such as incorrect items or quantities—or if you need to make changes, please notify our customer service team before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, modifications cannot be made.

2. Delivery Time

Orders placed and confirmed will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipment processing days are Monday through Friday.

If the following day is a national holiday or weekend, shipment will be postponed accordingly.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Convenience store pickup: 3–5 business days to the designated pickup location

Postal delivery: 2–4 business days to the designated address

Home delivery (courier): 2–3 business days to the designated address

Delivery times may vary depending on logistics conditions and external factors.

3. Recipient Information

Please ensure that the recipient’s full legal name, phone number, and complete address are accurately provided when placing an order.

Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delivery delays, failed deliveries, or loss of goods.

Any resulting loss or additional charges shall be borne by the customer.

4. Payment Deadline

For customers selecting courier delivery or convenience store pickup (without onsite payment), payment must be completed within the specified time frame via online credit card payment or within three (3) days by ATM transfer.

Orders not paid within the required timeframe will be automatically canceled.

5. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated arrival date stated on the Website and in the order details.

Shipments will be fulfilled in the sequence of order placement.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders to avoid extended waiting times.
