退換貨政策


1. 退換貨申請需知

  • 請您務必確認所購買的商品為 QBER威柏爾量子科技 官網所售出之商品,才享有鑑賞期間退、換貨權利。
  • 全站購物皆享商品到貨翌日起算,依台灣消費者保護法所訂定之【七日鑑賞期】之權益,若收到的商品有任何問題,需申請退購或換貨,煩請先登入網站會員,於訂單處留言,或致電06-3553320 #9 客服中心,告知訂單編號及訂購大名以申請退換貨。

 

2. 台灣消費者保護法

  • 消費者享有收到商品後翌日起算七日鑑賞期(含例假日),欲退換購者請於期間內提出申請,逾期恕不受理。
  • 『鑑賞期並非試用期』,退回的商品必須是全新狀態、且還原完整包裝 (含商品本體、配件、贈品、原包裝袋、盒、紙),請勿缺漏任何配件、自行拆解檢查商品或損毀。
  • 原廠外盒及原廠包裝皆屬於商品的一部分,遺失、毀損或缺件將可能影響您退換貨的權益。商品經拆封、使用、無法還原且已缺乏完整性即失去再次販售價值,恕無法退換貨。

 

3. 退貨規範說明

  • 若商品包含本體、配件、贈品、隨貨內外包裝(袋、盒、紙) ,已有缺件或損壞恕不退費。 
  • 訂單內贈品除瑕疵,恕不接受指定、更換。
  • 申請退貨翌日起算15日,因無法聯繫、商品未寄回無法完成退貨作業,將自動取消退貨申請,且不可再次申請。
  • 七日鑑賞期內,除非拆封後發現為瑕疵品、出貨商品有誤, QBER威柏爾量子科技 商品若屬於耗材、個人貼身用品,經拆封即無法進行退貨。
  • 七日鑑賞期內之退貨/誤購商品訂單,由QBER負擔運費,需先告知收貨地址及聯絡資訊,QBER將親派新竹貨運收取商品。
  • 七日鑑賞期後至四個月內之退貨,將須由消費者自行負擔運費將商品寄回:QBER-退換貨部門 | 台南市安南區永安路71巷3號 | 06-3553320。
 

4. 換貨規範說明

  • 申請換貨以商品瑕疵/出貨有誤為主,若超過七日鑑賞期 (含例假日),請恕無法接受換貨服務。為免爭議發生,請於到貨後確實驗收。
  • 瑕疵品/出貨有誤商品更換將由 QBER 負擔運費,消費者須提供有效收件地址、聯繫人及電話。
  • 組合、隨機商品,不提供選款的換貨服務。
  • 如所購買的產品經拆封使用無法回復原狀,恕無法辦理換貨。
  • 若商品因消費者個人不當拆卸使用而造成破損、髒污或包裝不完整,以致無法再銷售者,請恕無法接受換貨。
  • 因每台電腦、手機螢幕解析度不同,網站照片有時會與實際商品發生色差問題,更換標準仍需依 QBER 判定後為主。
 

5. 退款作業說明

  • 申請退貨成功且商品已退還 QBER 確認收悉後,方可進行退款程序,詳情請見【退貨規範說明】
  • 信用卡一次付清:退款申請流程通過後將由後台系統發出已退款通知信 。七日鑑賞期內消費款項將於5-7工作日後退刷於原消費信用卡,退刷作業期間若已跨消費者信用卡結帳日,費用將退於次月帳單。
  • 部分退款:將依消費者填寫的銀行帳號轉帳退款,信用卡則由線上刷退部分金額於原信用卡。
  • ATM轉帳:款項將匯回消費者指定匯款帳號,請於辦理退貨流程中一併提供(戶名、銀行帳戶、分行代碼),退款成功後請消費者自行刷存摺確認。
  • 超商取貨付款:款項將匯回消費者指定匯款帳號,請於辦理退貨流程中一併提供(戶名、銀行帳戶、分行代碼),退款成功後請消費者自行刷存摺確認。
  • 退購退款訂單如有使用購物金,退貨後恕無法退還購物金。

1. Notes on Return and Exchange Applications

  • Please make sure that the purchased products are those sold on the QBER Quantum Technology official website in order to enjoy the right to return or exchange within the inspection period.
  • All purchases on the website are entitled to a "seven-day inspection period" according to the Consumer Protection Act of Taiwan, starting from the day after the goods are delivered. If there are any issues with the received products and you need to apply for a return or exchange, please log in to the website as a member, leave a message in the order section, or call 06-3553320 #9 Customer Service Center, and provide the order number and purchaser's name to apply for return or exchange.

 

2. Consumer Protection Act of Taiwan

  • Consumers have a seven-day inspection period starting from the day after receiving the goods (including holidays). Those who wish to return or exchange the goods should submit their applications within this period. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
  • The "inspection period" is not a trial period. Returned products must be in brand-new condition and fully restored to their original packaging (including the product itself, accessories, gifts, original packaging bags, boxes, and papers). Please do not omit any accessories, inspect the product by yourself, or damage it.
  • The original outer box and packaging are part of the product. Loss, damage, or missing parts may affect your rights to return or exchange the goods. Products that have been unsealed, used, cannot be restored to their original condition, and lack integrity cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

3. Return Regulations Explanation

  • If the product includes the main body, accessories, gifts, and inner and outer packaging (bags, boxes, papers), refunds will not be provided for missing or damaged parts.
  • Except for defects, orders with gifts cannot be specified or exchanged.
  • Starting from the day after the application for return is submitted, if we are unable to contact you or if the goods are not returned, the return application will be automatically canceled, and re-application will not be possible.
  • During the seven-day inspection period, unless defects are discovered after unsealing or the wrong product is shipped, products from QBER Quantum Technology that are consumables or personal items cannot be returned once unsealed.
  • For return orders within the seven-day inspection period, QBER will bear the shipping costs. Please provide the shipping address and contact information. QBER will arrange for Hsinchu Freight to pick up the goods.
  • For returns within the seven-day inspection period up to four months later, consumers will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the goods to: QBER - Returns Department | No. 3, Lane 71, Yong'an Road, AnNan District, Tainan City | 06-3553320.

 

4. Exchange Regulations Explanation

  • Applications for exchange are mainly for defective or incorrectly shipped products. If it exceeds the seven-day inspection period (including holidays), exchange services cannot be provided. To avoid disputes, please inspect the goods promptly upon arrival.
  • For defective or incorrectly shipped products, QBER will bear the shipping costs for exchanges. Consumers must provide a valid shipping address, contact person, and phone number.
  • Combination or random products do not provide selection-based exchange services.
  • If the purchased product has been unsealed and used and cannot be restored to its original condition, exchange cannot be processed.
  • If the product is damaged, soiled, or the packaging is incomplete due to improper disassembly or use by the consumer, making it unsellable, exchange cannot be accepted.
  • Due to differences in screen resolutions of each computer or mobile phone, there may be color deviations between website photos and actual products. Exchange standards will still be determined by QBER.

 

5. Refund Procedure Explanation

  • Once the return application is approved and the product is confirmed to be returned to QBER, the refund process can be initiated. Please refer to the "Return Regulations Explanation" for details.
  • Credit card full payment: After the refund application process is approved, a refund notification will be sent by the backend system. Refunds for consumer payments within the seven-day inspection period will be credited back to the original credit card within 5-7 working days. If the refund period crosses the consumer's credit card billing date, the amount will be refunded on the next month's statement.
  • Partial refund: Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the consumer. For credit cards, the online refund will be credited back to the original credit card.
  • ATM transfer: The funds will be transferred to the consumer's designated bank account. Please provide the bank account details (account name, account number, branch code) during the return process. After the refund is successful, consumers need to check their passbook for confirmation.

  • For refund orders with the use of shopping credits, the credits cannot be refunded after returning the goods.
