Enjoy lifetime complimentary maintenance services from the date of purchase, including ultrasonic cleaning, clasp adjustment, and size modifications.

🔹 Return & Exchange Policy
Customers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including weekends and holidays) starting from the day after receiving the product. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please do so within this period. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

The appreciation period is not a trial period. Returned items must be in brand-new condition with complete original packaging (including the product, accessories, gifts, original packaging bag, box, and any accompanying materials). Missing components, unauthorized disassembly, or damage may result in the request being declined.

If the product is found to have quality defects within 7 days of receipt, we will provide a replacement or refund.

🔹 Exclusions from Free Maintenance
Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, corrosion, falls, compression, or exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity is not covered under free maintenance. Repair services for such cases may be offered at an additional cost, depending on the assessment.

🔹 Wear & Tear Disclaimer
Normal wear and tear from daily use is not covered under the warranty.
